ORDER
The Petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking for a direction to the learned Special District and Sessions Court (PCR Court), Theni, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in Crime No.42 of 2022 on file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.), who takes notice for the Official Respondent/s. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that only with an intention to harass the petitioner, an FIR has been lodged and hence, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the learned Special Judge, Special Court for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act cases, Theni District, to pass appropriate orders on surrender of the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the Official Respondents submits that the case has been transferred to the file of the All Women Police Station, Andipatti.
5.Considering the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Official Respondents, the Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act cases, Theni District, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender, the learned Special Judge, Special Court for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act cases, Theni District, shall consider the bail application filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. 07.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sm 3/4
