(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Heard Mr.S.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner Trust seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider 2/5

the petitioner's representations dated 06.03.2020 and 16.05.2023, seeking removal of encroachments in R.S.No.163/1 and R.S.No.163/5 of Thiruvaiyathukudi Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District.

3. From the documents filed by the petitioner Trust, this Court is unable to find any material to support the contentions of the petitioner. The petitioner has come forward with a representation claiming several reliefs without proper materials.

4. In such circumstances, leaving it open to the petitioner to establish the right of the temple or the Trust before the civil Court, this writ petition is dismissed for want of merits. No Costs.
