ORDER

On 20.06.2018 notice has been sent to the sole petitioner from Court. It is seen from the records that the sole petitioner has passed away on 21.01.2018. To date, her LRs have not been brought on record. Further, she has also given change of vakalath. In these circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. The lower court shall proceed with the suit on receipt of a copy of the orders of this Court. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
