The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in R.C.A.No.26 of 2014 dated 01.11.2014, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority) Madurai, by setting aside the order passed in I.A.No.351 of 2013 in R.C.O.P.No.122 of 2013, dated 25.04.2014, on the file of the Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller) Madurai Town.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that subsequent to the various proceedings, the property came to be demolished and nothing survives for consideration.

3. In view of the submission so made, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition and hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(NPD)(MD)No.2724 of 2014 same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
