ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.209 of 2014 in O.S.No.51 of 2014, dated 04.12.2014 by the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2014 on 02.11.2016.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
