ORDER
Mr.B.Arun, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.K.Ragatheeshkumar, learned Counsel on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 are before this Court.
2. With consent of learned counsel on both sides, main writ petition is taken up, heard out and is being disposed of.
3. Main writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: ' For the reasons stated in the accompanying Affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be 1/3
pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing direct the respondents herein to issue the 2nd Semester Mark statement in D.Co-op., (ie., DC3, DC4 papers) and diploma Certificate in D.CO-OP., and to pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.'

The original semester mark statement that has been sought for in the aforesaid prayer has been handed over by Mr.K.Ragatheeshkumar, learned Counsel on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 to Mr.B.Arun, learned Counsel for writ petitioner in Court today. This puts an end to one limb of the prayer. With regard to the other limb of the prayer pertaining to Diploma certificate, this Court is informed that it is referred to as Course completion certificate also. It is submitted by Mr.K.Ragatheeshkumar, learned Counsel on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 that the petitioner has to make an application in the prescribed form along with prescribed fee and on instructions it is submitted that the aforementioned certificate will be issued to the writ petitioner in person ( can be collected in person) by writ petitioner or his duly authorised representative within one week from the date of such application.

Learned Counsel for writ petitioner, on instructions, submits that the application will be made within two days from today, ie., by 20.09.2019 - Friday and learned Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that on this application being made, the certificate will be issued ( to be collected in person by the petitioner or his duly authorised representative) on or before 27.09.2019. This douses the anxiety of writ petitioner qua second limb of the prayer.
6. Both limbs of the prayer have now been addressed and answered in the aforesaid manner. This Writ Petition is disposed of recording the aforesaid submissions of learned Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 made in Court at the hearing on instructions. There shall be no order as to costs.
