ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order made in Na.Ka.No.2949/2015/A2 dated 05.01.2018 by the first respondent.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the very same impugned order has been challenged by the petitioner's vendor in W.P.(MD) No.6581 of 2018, which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners therein to approach the civil Court to establish their title and seek modification of the entries in the revenue records by this Court vide order dated 09.12.2019. Therefore, the said order would apply to the petitioner herein also.

3. The Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
