Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, his family members and property comprised in Survey No.9/4 situated at K.Abhisegapuram, Puthur Village, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2017 to the 2nd respondent. This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, his family members and property comprised in Survey No.9/4 situated at K.Abhisegapuram, Puthur Village, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of doing agriculture work in the property owned by the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent. On the complaint lodged before the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the parties are directed to approach the concerned civil court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
