PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order of rejection passed by him in his proceedings in Letter.No.RA3(3)/ 26380/2017dated 14/05/2018 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to alter the petitioner's date of birth as 24/05/1962 instead of 07/05/1960 based on his Birth Certificate in the light of order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.5583 of 2015 dated 27/04/2015, thereby permit the petitioner to continue his service till 31/05/2020.
