This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the ongoing construction of petitioner's house premise in Town S.No.403 of Rajapalayam Town in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5551 of 2018 War No.2 of Rajapalayam Municipality, Virudhunagar District, in such an endangered situation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 7.

3. It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 in respect of property owned by the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent. On the complaint lodged before the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh petition if so advised.
