Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to assign door number to the shops constructed by the petitioner in Plot No.80 (V.S.K.D Nagar), Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District and to assess house tax for the said property in the petitioner's name in the light of his representation dated 26.06.2021 within a reasonable time period to be determined by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner sent a representation, dated 26.06.2021 along with all requisite documents to the second respondent. Thereafter, the second respondent sent a communication to the Deputy Block Development Officer, Sivakasi in Na.Ka.p3/1278/2020, dated 06.07.2021 referring to the order passed in W.P(MD)No.25173 of 2018, dated 21.04.2021 and directing the Deputy Block Development Officer to conduct physical inspection about the construction of six shops along with the sketch and its report. Thereafter, the report has been furnished by the Deputy Block Development Officer to the petitioner.
2. The petitioner received a letter, dated 16.02.2022, wherein, directs the petitioner to remove the power wire passing in-front of the shop, which has to be raised one feet high and to remove it further, suggested that electric wire to be converted as underground cable, sent a communication to the petitioner to shift the wire and lamp in-front of the shop, is not proper. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation with all details, so far the same was not considered. Now, filed this writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2021 would be positively considered and disposed of within a period of two weeks.
