For Respondent : Mr.S.S.Madhavan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No. Not known of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 07.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, even though, no case has been registered against this petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by one PT Rajan, who is the intervener in Crl.MP(MD)No.10122 of 2021, only enquiry has been undertaken.

2.The counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the earlier occasion (ie.,) on 28.10.2021, this Court, inclined to grant interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner and direction was also issued to the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry officer to complete the enquiry process.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that compromise is going on between the defacto complainant and one Ramachandran, who is the prime accused.

CRL OP(MD). No.16338 of 2021 4.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner, this matter cannot be kept pending. However, already interim anticipatory bail was granted by this Court. So the same may be extended till the enquiry process is completed. 5.If the petitioner finds any trouble, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
