PRAYER: This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to grant license in favour of petitioner for running a fitness centre in the name and style of 'Cosmo Fitness Centre' situated at Door No.25, Vaithyanatha Street, Shenyai Nagar, Madurai-20 by considering the representation, dated 26.08.2019.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant license for running a fitness centre in the name and style of 'Cosmo Fitness Centre' by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 26.08.2019.

Without going into the merits of the case, considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.08.2019 seeking license to run fitness centre in the name https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No. 19691 of 2019 and style of 'Cosmo Fitness Centre' on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of Four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
