Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10313 of 2021, dated 23.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 22.09.2021, without fail.
