By order dated 19.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS No.138 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.5966/2025, dated 11.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order dated 19.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 19.10.2024.
