ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy trial in C.C.No.67 of 2013 on the file of the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, within the time stipulation by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the private complaint lodged by the petitioner's father a case in C.C.No.67 of 2013 is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, without any progress and the accused persons are repeatedly getting adjournments and thereby prolonging the trial process.

3.Considering the oldness of the matter there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.67 of 2013 on his file and dispose of the same on merits, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
