ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4345 of 2021, dated 07.08.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 at Trichy.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that based on the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy, the second respondent duly complied with the same and registered the FIR in Crime No.1341 of 2021, dated 15.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 474 and 420 I.P.C as against two accused persons.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
