ORDER

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner herein to withdraw 50% of the entire deposited award amount in MCOP No.146 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Court (FTC) Tenkasi pending disposal of the appeal.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner herein is permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount with accrued interest which was deposited in MCOP No. 146 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Additional District Court (FTC) Tenkasi

3. This petition is ordered accordingly.
