CRL OP(MD). Nos.16762 of 2021 and 7422 of 2022 COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The matter has now been settled before the mediation centre. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the defacto complainant received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards permanent alimony and the parties have decided to get divorce through appropriate proceedings.

2.In view of the aforesaid development, now the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of as unnecessary.
