ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had given an application for layout approval in respect of the petition mentioned property. The Bodinayakanur Municipality Council has already passed a resolution in favour of the writ petitioner.

3. Therefore, the third respondent has to necessarily forward the papers to the second respondent. The third respondent is directed to forward the papers forthwith and without any delay to the second respondent. The second respondent will process the papers and forward the same to the first respondent within a period of four weeks after reception from the third respondent. After the second respondent forwards the papers to the first respondent, the first respondent will pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
