his proceedings Na.Ka.No.3975/ 2016/Sa.Pa. dated 14.03.2018 and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently directing the Respondents to drop all further proceedings to be initiated on the basis of the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent.
