RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the conditions No.6(b) imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 11333 of 2024 dated 21.07.2024 on the file of this Honble High Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of B.MICHEAL SEBASTIN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) that the 1/4
petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.11133 of 2024, dated 21.07.2024. 2..The learned counsel for the petitioner apprehend harassment at the hands of the respondent while signing.
3.The Learner Additional Public Prosecutor would reiterate that the entire station has CCTV.
4. In view thereof, so long as the petitioners sign before the respondent, the footage shall be preserved. In the event of any complaint as to the harassment, this court will look into the CCTV footage.
5.With that observation, the petitioners shall comply with the condition for a period of two weeks and thereafter, the condition shall stand relaxed. 6.Considering the fact that the time granted by this Court for executing sureties is also over, one week time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to execute the sureties. It is also made clear that if the same is not done, no further extension will be granted and if the petitioners fail to report before the respondent thereafter, even for a single day, the same can be reported before this court and the bail itself will be cancelled.

7.With the above observations, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
