This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in R.C.A.No.4 of 2013 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, dated 29.08.2013 , modified the fair and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2009 on the file of learned Rent Controller Authority-cum-District Munsif, Thanjavur dated 30.01.2013.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent/tenant has handed over the possession of the premises to the petitioner/Landlord. Therefore, nothing survives in this revision for further adjudication.
