ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.), who takes notice for the Official Respondent/s. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is being contacted through phone by the second respondent quite often to appear before them for an enquiry, upon the allegations against one Aravind Sudharshan, who is said to have committed an offence of cheating, by way of running a Finance Company namely, Kredit Bee. 2/4

4.It is the contention of the Petitioner that the Petitioner is not at all concerned with the company, Kredit Bee and he was never in the company of one Aravind Sudharshan. While so, quite often through the phone of the Petitioner, the second Respondent is continuously contacting him directing to appear before the Respondent. Therefore, the Petitioner had approached this Court seeking for a direction not to harass the Petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the Official Respondents by way of reply, submits that as on date, no complaint is registered against the Petitioner.

6.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the Official Respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 07.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sm 3/4
