The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 28.03.2012 passed in I.A.No.4 of 2012 in A.S.No.38 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Tenkasi.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main appeal suit in A.S.No.38 of 2011, was dismissed on 10.03.2020.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
