ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintaining on the file of the third respondent, by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 29.11.2021 and 16.08.2022 in the light of the Judgment ie., Thirumagan and another Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Madurai reported in 2020 2 L.W.(Crl.) 266 within the time framed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representations dated 29.11.2021 and 16.08.2022 will be considered in the next meeting.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 29.11.2021 and 16.08.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting. Let the papers be placed by the third respondent, before the concerned Committee in the next meeting, without fail. 2/4
