RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition No.(b) imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.10564 of 2023 dt.15.6.2023 and the petitioners may be permitted to appear before Respondent Police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders instead of the Petitioners shall stay at Karur report before the Karur Police Station dailyl at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 pm., for a period of four weeks and thereafter before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

2. The petition in Crl.M.P(MD) No.12080 of 2023 has been filed to modify the condition (b) imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.PMD) No.10564 of 2023, dated 15.06.2023.

3. Since, there is no representation for the petitioner, the petition in Crl.M.P (MD) No.12080 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10564 of 2023 is dismissed.

4. Report has been received from the respondent Police to the effect that the petitioners in Crl.O.PMD) No.10564 of 2023 have been complying the conditions regularly. But the above said report has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10951 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10564 of 2023. When the official documents are available, oral submission cannot be taken into account at all.
