(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Petitioner is challenging a communication, dated 21.12.2020, by which the Thashildar- Respondent No.1 has recorded that Respondent No.2 is correctly occupying the disputed premises since over 30 years.

2. This is a civil dispute, where disputed questions of facts arise.

3. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. Petitioner may file a civil suit, if advised. All rights and contentions are kept open. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) Nos.16021 and 16022 of 2021 are closed.
