ORDER
Challenging the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.266 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025, this Criminal 1/4
Revision Case is filed.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while allowing the petition for return of original R.C. of the tipper lorry, the learned Trial Court had directed the petitioner to return the original R.C. Of vehicle in question before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, within a period of month within 28.04.2025, failing which the interim order already passed by the learned Trial Court will stand cancelled. He further sought for extension of time for return of R.C. Book before the learned Trial Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the learned Trial Court is reasonable and prayed for dismissal of the Criminal Revision. 5.This Court is inclined to grant extension of time for return of R.C. Book vehicle in question before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, for further period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the interim order already passed by the learned Trial Court will stand automatically cancelled. No further extension of time will be permitted.

6.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed. No Costs.
