ORDER

The petitioner is challenging the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer in and by which, the patta stood in the name of the petitioner has been cancelled by setting aside the order of the Tahsildar.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is having alternate appeal remedy before the District Revenue Officer under the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act.

3.It appears there is a civil suit pending and as rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government 2/4

Pleader, the petitioner is having appeal remedy before the DRO concerned and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the DRO concerned. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
