ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli through Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide letter in D.No.725, dated 11.09.2020 and none appearance of both the sides, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.537 of 2009. 2.This Court, by the order dated 12.03.2020, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.537 of 2009 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case. 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in O.S.No.537 of 2009.
