For Respondent : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime no. 25 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- By the order dated 30.12.2020, this Court granted Interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners and referred the matter to mediation. The Mediation report shows that no agreement was reached between the parties. So, I called for CD file and the same was produced before this Court. A perusal of CD file shows that the investigation was completed and the final report was also produced before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram,on 24.02.2021 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.306/2021.

2. This Court is of the considered view that the custodial interagation of the petitioners may not be required for further investigation. Accordingly, the interim anticipatory bail that has been granted by this Court is made absolute.
