Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent on 13.08.2022 seeking permission to run the petition mentioned Recreation Club. The first respondent is directed to call for verification report from the other authorities and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is entirely for the first respondent to take call in the matter.
