2.The petitioner is a decree holder. To execute the decree dated 09.11.2021 made in O.S.No.79 of 2019, the petitioner has filed E.P.No.7 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Athoor. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the same.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The learned Executing Court is directed to dispose of E.P.No.7 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
