Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHAKARAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, as ordered by this Court.
