This petition is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 05.08.2025, this petition was withdrawn by the petitioner, seeking liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law and to canvass all the points raised in this petition before the trial Court. Accordingly, this petition was dismissed as withdrawn. However, inadvertently, the petitioner failed to seek for return of the original impugned order including the plaint in unnumbered O.S.No.UN/2024 (CNR-TNVR230001952025) dated 17.03.2025. Hence, now he seeks for return of the aforesaid original documents to workout his remedy before the trial Court.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to return the original impugned order including the original plaint in unnumbered O.S.No.UN/2024 (CNRTNVR230001952025) dated 17.03.2025, to the petitioner, retaining a photocopy of the same under proper acknowledgment.
