Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PAKALAVAN.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for surrender before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13112 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the third petitioner met with an accident, the petitioners did not surrender before the concerned Court and they cannot arrange the sureties in time.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 15.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13112 of 2021.
