This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the case in Crime No.256 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that positive final report has been filed on 25.08.2021 before the jurisdictional Court. However, cognizance is yet to be taken.

3.In view of the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. I have not gone into the merits of the petitioner. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
