ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.1728 of 2025, dated 04.07.2025 directing the respondent police to register an F.I.R as against the petitioner herein, this criminal revision case is filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 17.07.2025, this Court was pleased to pass an order of interim stay. However, today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the order of stay being granted by this Court on 17.07.2025, the police has registered a case.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the interim stay was passed on 17.07.2025 and the F.I.R was registered on 16.07.2025, one day prior to the order of interim stay passed by this Court.
