Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks regularisation of the petition mentioned plot. The first respondent had been taking the stand that the petitioner has not enclosed the relevant documents. The relevant documents are a) In-principle approval given by the Town Planning Authority b) Layout sketch

3. At Page.69 of the typed of set of papers, the petitioner has enclosed the in-principle approval granted by the Deputy Director, Town and Country Planning, Tirunelveli Region issued on 18.02.2019. At Page No.109 of the typed set of papers, layout sketch has also been enclosed. I more than satisfied that the application given by the writ petitioner contains the documents sought for by the first respondent. However, the petitioner states that he will once again move the first respondent with a copy of the said documents. 2/4

4. The first respondent is directed to process same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs.
