C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)Nos.614, 615, 1228 and 1229 of 2014 COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are directed against the order dated 27.01.2019 in E.A.Nos.8 and 9 of 2014 in E.P.No.118 of 2009. 2.At the last hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the Execution Petition, out of which the present Civil Revision Petitions arise, was disposed of and that, therefore, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petitions. At the hearing today, he has filed a memo, dated 27.07.2019, to the effect that the Execution Petition was closed with liberty to re-open the same after the out come of A.S.Nos.36 of 2009 and A.S.No.48 of 2010. He has also produced a copy of the order, dated 19.12.2017, in E.P.No.118 of 2009. 3.
In view of the said submission and the documents filed in support thereof, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to restore the Civil Revision Petitions, in case the Execution Petition, out of which it arises, is re-opened. No costs.
