(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1473 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22165 of 2022 on 30.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.
