ORDER

G.W.O.P.No.8 of 2013 was filed by the respondent seeking custody of his minor daughter Akshaya Sree. He has also filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.114 of 2013 seeking visitation rights and the trial Court, by order dated 12.03.2014, allowed this application. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred the instant civil revision petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that pending this civil revision petition, the parties have settled the issue out of Court and by recording the same, the GWOP itself was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous and the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this civil revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
