ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry and consequently, direct not to interfere with the civil dispute on the basis of the complaint preferred by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings of the Deputy Superintendent of Police.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
