This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 take appropriate action against the fifth respondent for the false final report filed in Crime No.378 of 2016 on the file of the 1/3

Aranthangi Police Station, Pudukkottai District before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2017.

2.The grievances of the petitioner is that after completing the investigation, fifth respondent has not filed final report before the concerned Court.

3.The learned counsel for the fifth respondent would submit that the investigation has completed and the final report was filed before the concerned Court. He would further submit that after full trial, S.T.C.No.567 of 2016 ended in conviction as against the accused persons. The petitioner was also examined as a witness in the above case.

4. By recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the fifth respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
