This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the judgment and decree passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, in Tr.O.P.No.81 of 2013, dated 30.09.2013, in and by which, the learned Judge has rejected the petitioners' plea for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)No.651 of 2014 transferring the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2010 from the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Pattukottai to the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Pattukottai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that pending this civil revision petition, the parties have settled the issue out of Court and by recording the same, the suit itself was closed on 26.02.2015. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same is affirmed by the learned Counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 5.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement so made, this civil revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
