COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to comply the orders passed in Crl.M.P.Nos. 22064, 22090, 22092, 22082, 22084, 22083, 22094, 22069, 22066 and 22093 of 2022 dated 05.09.2022 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance of the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy, FIRs came to be registered in Crime Nos.22, 28, 29, 25, 27, 26, 31, 24, 23 and 30 of 2024 respectively yesterday and seeks two months time for completing the investigation.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in all the above cases and file final reports before the 2/4

jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
