ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records and to set aside the impugned order passed against the petitioner dated 22.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2229 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that compromise was reached between the parties. On the previous hearing date, the learned counsel for the petitioner agreed the compromise. So, the matter was adjourned today (i.e) 05.01.2023) to record the compromise.

3. Today, there was no representation on both sides.

4. It appears that compromise reached between the parties out of the Court.
