This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.06.2022, within a time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that during pendency of this petition, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
