ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the Sub Court, Theni to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2018 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P. on 17.01.2018 and the same is pending so far. Further, referring to the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007, Tamil Nadu (Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2007, the learned counsel contended that H.M.O.P. would be disposed of within a period of one year. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Civil Revision petition for issuance of a direction to the Court below for the disposal of H.M.O.P. at the earliest point of time. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of the Judicial Notification and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the H.M.O.P. would be disposed of within a period of 12 months from the date of filing. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the H.M.O.P. within a time frame. 4.Accordingly, the Sub Court, Theni, is hereby directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2018 within a period of 4 months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
